描述This book is concerned with the use of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) in the device and process development of Very-Large-Scale-Integrated Circuits (VLSI). Transistor Design for Submicron CMOS Technologynology will first be discussed. Then the concerns for the design of n and p-channel MOSFETs with submicron channel lengths will be discussed.
