"Moral Sense" und praktische Vernunft many physical systems are described by nonintegrable systems which have stationary or moving localized solutions. Collisions between these solitary waves are usually inelastic, which is a clear indication that they are not true solitons. However, in this chapter, we will use the term soliton for these waves as well.
