New Learning Provisions and Pedagogies,divide where a lack of access, and unfamiliarity with learning platforms, undermine equity in blended learning models. However, if done well, technology enhanced learning in conjunction with blended learning has the potential to engage, support, and extend learners to make access to education more equitable both inside and outside times of crisis.
