Universal Equal Pay Wrong-foots the Distribution of Incomesomes. The ethics of such inequality reduction can be questioned for its selectivity (capital incomes unaffected) and for the potential rationing of individual access to higher education. As a standalone measure, universal equal pay seems a suboptimal, possibly counterproductive, path towards a more equal society.
