I also provide some examples of methods that have been used for mapping such models, and finally, provide clues as to opportunities for further research.

Finally, I remain critical of the extent to which mental business models are really shared in practice, and the extent to which our methods accurately capture the shared elements of the mental business model.

In this chapter, I conclude this book by very briefly discussing the main existing directions of research and propose a way to structure the identification of open research questions.
