Student and Staff Perspectives, literature review to the tutor-led classroom. At the end of the chapter, intercultural group work as the only teaching and learning related event that so far, has found extensive attention in the literature, is discussed through the reported experiences of tutors and students.

Under the latter, the focus is on the question of norms in ELF and comprehension-facilitating strategies for the classroom.
