The second main way of coping with stress is therefore to be mindful of individual stress aggravating stress processing patterns and personal stress amplifiers, to reflect self-critically and then to develop beneficial, stress-reducing thoughts and attitudes. This chapter deals with such possibilities of mental stress management.
