Critical issues of the organizational think tank approach,cussed and the most critical remaining issues are outlined. As it was already mentioned in the introductory part, also this concept is no perfect solution to the exploration vs. exploitation trade-off, although it avoids by design several pitfalls that other concepts can not exclude.
