Enzymatic Modification of 5′-Capped RNA and Subsequent Labeling by Click Chemistryes of biomolecules in vitro and even in cellular environments. Herein, we describe a chemoenzymatic method to site specifically label 5′-capped model mRNAs independent of their sequence.
