Case 14: Double Level Bone Transport for Severe Bone Losse importance of determining the rate of regenerate consolidation, close follow-up, multidisciplinary collaboration, and patient compliance is discussed. Case 2: 40 Degree Femoral Procurvatum Deformity Treated with Internal Fixationstage of femoral deformity correction was performed. In a second stage, femur lengthening will be offered using an intramedullary motorized nail. A fixator-assisted nailing was performed for the first stage, achieving a good clinical and radiographic outcome.

Case 16: Acute Shortening and Then Lengtheningtibial fracture, which resulted in a nonunion and limb shortening..Acute shortening and then lengthening has several advantages: less need for local and free flaps, reduced donor-site morbidity, decreased surgical time, and fewer complications.
