The evidence focused teaching approach is advocated in which teachers use real-time, multiple assessments of their students and plan targeted interventions that address students’ learning gaps.

Finally, I propose that AES actually replace the high-stakes testing program for accountability (and other) purposes, and provide a list of advantages for proceeding in this fashion.
