Electrical Properties, Reliability Issues, and ESD Robustness of InGaN-Based LEDs,in degradation processes, we will give a brief overview on the electrical (current–voltage) characteristics of LEDs, to provide the basic information which is useful to understand the electrical characterization data reported in the subsequent part of the chapter.

Green, Yellow, and Red LEDs,A study to overcome the “green gap” problem is introduced. We show a breakthrough achieved by two-step growth with adopting AlGaN interlayer in this chapter. Bright yellow, amber with red LEDs and an application of phosphor-free white LED are demonstrated.
