Dispersion in Modeled AbundancesChemical abundance data for the Galaxy shows a wide dispersion. We try to check if this dispersion may also be found with chemical evolution models as an effect of variations of an Initial Mass Function (IMF) which follows a Poisson’s distribution.

Last Results in the GRB FieldMuch has been advanced in the GRB field in the last 5 years. The central engines that power these extraordinary events are thought to be the collapse of massive stars rather than the merging of compact objects as previously also suggested. Short GRBs still remain a mystery as no counterparts have been detected so far.

Type and Environment Dependent Luminosity Function of GalaxiesIn this work we analyze the dependence of the luminosity function (LF) of galaxies on both: the morphology of galaxies and the environmental density. We show that the overall LF depends on the Hubble type and on the environmental density.

Simulations of Precessing Jets set to propagate. We conclude that the morphology of superluminal sources is the result of a complex combination of phase motions, viewing angle selection effects, and non-linear interactions between perturbations and the underlying jet and/or external medium.
