Romina Posch,Christian Alexander Scherb the limitations with respect to accuracy. Experiments were carried out to measure orientation fields from a silicon single crystal. The orientation dispersion was 1°. Disorientation correlation maps revealed anisotropy in the spatial variation in measured orientation.
