‘Culinary Cultures’: Theorising Postcolonial Food Culturesis can be undertaken within a Literature Studies context. This chapter suggests some specific texts, theories and teaching strategies which can be used as part of an ‘engaged pedagogy’ which acts to decolonise the Literature Studies curriculum.

Arbeitereinsatz und Automatisierung, project when faculty and administrators prove antithetical to such projects, and instead work to maintain status quo hiring and curricular practices within higher education. My ideas show the influence of scholars Raewyn Connell, Benaya Subedi, Joseph Ngong Sam, Mignon Moore and Ladrica Menson-Furr.
