Clinical examination did not reveal any sign of nail destruction, while dermoscopic examination demonstrated unevenly pigmented, longitudinal lines along the entire nail plate, with pigmentation extending to the distal nail fold (Fig. 1.2).

Upon examination, a 9?×?4-mm brown irregular macule on the right deltoid region was detected. The dermoscopy showed apparent reticular pigmented pattern, along with some pigmented dots and a structureless central area with white-grey structures.
