Harnessing Death Receptor Signaling for Cancer Treatment,gulation of the signaling events and their perturbation in human cancers may lead to the identification of new molecular targets that can be exploited for therapeutic purposes. This strategy is expected to open new perspectives to target the death receptor pathway for cancer therapy.
