Towards an?Integrated Platform for?Business Process Management Systems and?Robotic Process AutomatioBPMS-RPA platform based on BPMN. The practicability of our approach is substantiated by five evaluation interviews and a prototypical implementation. Finally, we outline directions for further research and organizational practice.
