O-arm Navigation-Guided Lumbar Foraminotomyquisition has become increasingly available for use in spine surgery. It provides three-dimensional images and real-time intraoperative navigation. This chapter gives an overview of integrating the endoscope and computerized stereotactic navigation for advanced endoscopic approaches to decompress the lumbar foramen.
