Population Density Gradient and Rent Gradient,In Chapter 1 we considered the existence of location equilibrium conditions with respect to the environmental quality of each location, and in Chapter 2 we examined a model of the process of urbanization accompanied by environmental degradation. Both models make clear theoretically the motivation of individual behavior.
