Nursing Bullying in Hospitals,ield completely devoid of feelings, compassion, and empathy, whereby reducing job satisfaction and increasing high levels of employee turnover. To mitigate these negative impacts, more dialogic interventions are recommended as emancipatory guidelines to create awareness of more suitable training and development methods.
