Supportive Care in Older Patients with Hematological Malignancies,ortive care is of utmost importance to allow the administration of effective treatment. In this chapter the supportive care management strategies with a special focus on myelosuppression, chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, cancer-related fatigue, diarrhoea, mucositis, cardiotoxicity, neurotoxicity and nutrition will be discussed.
