Supportive Care in Older Patients with Hematological Malignancies,ortive care is of utmost importance to allow the administration of effective treatment. In this chapter the supportive care management strategies with a special focus on myelosuppression, chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, cancer-related fatigue, diarrhoea, mucositis, cardiotoxicity, neurotoxicity and nutrition will be discussed.

Optical Super-High Magnification Dermoscopystructures, and vascular structures. Although formal studies about the diagnostic impact of this technique in routine practice are still lacking, our experience suggests that the clinical diagnosis of melanocytic tumors with regression-like features as well as of flat pigmented lesions of the face will mostly benefit from this technique.
