Ectopic Cushing’s Syndrome in an Adolescente have the potential to produce additional humorally active substances during neoplastic transformation [1]. Pancreatic tumors, especially islet-cell tumors, are uncommon during childhood and adolescence. In this paper we report an adolescent with Cushing’s syndrome and hypergastrinemia which resulted from a pancreatic islet-cell tumor.
