Crystal Structure Determination: The Synchrotron Radiation AdvantageSR has permitted the use of single crystals of a smaller size (by one order of magnitude), and/or the study of biological samples with short beam lifetime. The ready availability of radiation in the high energy spectral range has reduced systematic errors in the data (like absorption and extinction)
