Implementation of Fast Low Rank Approximation of a Sylvester Matrix,We describe and implement a fast algorithm for constructing structured low rank approximation of a Sylvester matrix. The fast algorithm is obtained by exploiting low displacement ranks of the involved structured matrices. We present detailed error analysis and experiments to show that the fast algorithm is stable.
