Performance of Fiber Reinforced Materials: Historic Perspective and Glance in the Futurelcium silicate hydrate (C-S-H) gel. Reinforcing concrete with CNT can enhance modulus of elasticity, enhance toughness, reduce autogenous shrinkage and delay corrosion of steel bar reinforcement. Modeling and characterizing interfaces at multiscale is critical in development of high performance fiber reinforced concrete.

Derivation of Crack Bridging Stresses in Fiber Reinforced Cementitious Composites under Combined Ope) and shear sliding. With the proposed model, the effect of various micromechanical parameters and fiber distribution can be investigated. The simulation results can provide insight on the behavior of FRCC under shear loading when cracks are propagating under mixed mode.

Mechanical Properties of Ductile Cementitious Composites Incorporating Microencapsulated Phase Change strength, they have very little effect on the flexural strength and deflection capacity. This material has potential to reduce temperature effects on concrete surfaces, while at the same time being extremely ductile.

Influence of Coarse Aggregate on the Mechanical Behavior of Strain Hardening Cementitious Compositest decrease. Both the tensile performance and the aggregate interlocking has effect on the mechanical behavior of R/SHCC beam failed in diagonal shear. It was suggested that these two mechanisms are the trade-off relation and the aggregate interlocking had significant effect on the shear capacity in this study.

Effectiveness of Fabricating High Performance Fiber Reinforced Cementitious Composite (HPFRCC) Usingter flexural toughness. This work shows that it is feasible to utilize steel slag to produce HPFRCC, which not only gains a high performance building material, but also reduces industrial waste products.
