How important are regge cuts?,t all in helicity-flip amplitudes; indeed even weak cuts seem to make matters worse. On the other hand for non-flip amplitudes very strong cuts are needed, even stronger than those of the Michigan model in some cases. We find that none of the presently available models is really favoured by the experimental data.
