Parameterization of Radiation Fluxes as Function of Solar Elevation, Cloudiness and Turbidityferent parameterization formulae for atmospheric radiation from cloudless sky as function of temperature and water vapor pressure are shown to fairly agree with 12 year records of measurements. Further analysis including comparison to the results of rigorous radiative transfer calculations is required.

SRY Production by Means of Stochastic Modelsations were submitted to the Coordinator in charge of comparing them with similar results for other contractors..The stochastic models proved to be an efficient tool for the generation of SPY’S. A reasonable human and computer effort is needed to calculate the models’ coefficients, which are also very easy to store.
