Ulrich Meschedernd. Dabei ist die Zahl der bedürftigen Haushalte deutlich gr??er als die Zahl der Sozialwohnungen. Und der Milieuschutz ist letztlich eine Investitionsbremse, die der Stadt als Ganzes schaden kann. Mit vielen Ans?tzen folgt die Wohnungspolitik daher einem Irrweg.
