AZPharm MetaAlert: A Meta-learning Framework for PharmacovigilanceAERS) and integrates ADR signals with stacking and bagging methods. Experiment results show that our approach achieves 71% in precision, 90% in recall, and 80% in f-measure for ADR signal detection and significantly outperforms the traditional signal detection methods.

A Semi-automated Entity Relation Extraction Mechanism with Weakly Supervised Learning for Chinese Metructure, we propose a weakly supervised hypothesis to automatically generate positive sample training data. Finally, we use CNN model to extract medical entity relation. Experiments show that the method is feasible and accurate.
