The IRMUDOSA System at ESWC-2016 Challenge on Semantic Sentiment Analysis set and integrated with knowledge extracted from two well-known resources used in the opinion mining field, namely Sentic.Net and the General Inquirer. The proposed technique has been validated on a multi-domain dataset and the results demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed approach by setting a plausible starting point for future work.

SPARKLIS on QALD-6 Statistical Questionss by users, but instead guide users in the construction of a question. Guidance is based on the actual RDF data so as to ensure that built questions are well-formed, non-ambiguous, and inhabited with answers. We show that SPARKLIS enables superior results for both an expert user (94?% correct) and a beginner user (76?% correct).

Entity Typing and Linking Using SPARQL Patterns and DBpedia(b) align those types to the DOLCE+DUL ontology. We propose SPARQL patterns based on recurring dependency representations between entities and their candidate types. For the alignment subtask, we essentially rely on a pipeline of strategies that exploit the DBpedia knowledge base and we discuss some limitations of DBpedia in this context.
