What is new, however, is that even a regional reproduction of too high a rate has become a dangerous world problem; dangerous not only for the whole world of humanity simultaneously, but even for all living beings and perhaps for life itself on our globe.

Effect of Sea-Water and its Dilutions on Some Soil Characteristicsunder sea-water irrigation and the results obtained in Israel, Spain and Sweden have been reviewed elsewhere (. & ., 1964). Recently, similar experiments were tried on some crops in India and encouraging results have been obtained with tobacco and wheat (unpublished data).
