The Behaviour of a Triplet Superconductor in a Spin Only Magnetic Field,RuO.. The numerical solutions show no A. phase and that the A. phase is lower in free energy than the A phase. We explore heat capacity as a function of temperature and field strength and find quantitatively different behaviours for the A and A. phases.

ESR Studies of the Magnetism in Ru-1212 and Ru-2212,uch higher temperature than the magnetic ordering as determined by neutron diffraction. We also show a correlation between the temperature dependence of the intensity and width of the ESR resonance lines, the intensity of magnetic absorption lines and the DC magnetization measurements.

Toward the Full Determination of the Superconducting Order Parameter of Sr2RuO4,ter of Sr.RuO. will be presented and possible means of resolving them will be discussed. In view of these, we will highlight the following problems: (1) location of the line nodes; (2) mechanism of the strong suppression of the upper critical field; (3) origin of the two superconducting phases.

,Coexistence of Spin-Triplet Superconductivity and Ferromagnetism Induced by the Hund’s Rule Exchangappearance of the spin-polarized superconducting phase makes the Stoner threshold a hidden critical point, since the pairing creates a small but detectable uniform magnetization. The stability of the superconducting state against the ferromagnetism with an alternant orbital ordering appearing in the strong-coupling limit is also discussed.

The Synthesis, Structure and Physical Properties of the Layered Ruthenocuprates RuSr2GdCu2O8 and PbO. octahedra are observed in semiconducting Pb.Sr.Cu.RuO.Cl, which has strikingly similar magnetic properties to RuSr.GdCu.O.. Antiferromagnetic order is observed in the 10 K neutron diffraction pattern with a Ru moment of 1.1(1) μB, but a spin-flop transition is observed above a field of 0.5 T.

Synthesis Effects on the Magnetic and Superconducting Properties of RuSr2GdCu2O8,ted to intrinsic properties of the phase as well as to the connection between the grains as inferred from the resistive and the Curie-Weiss behaviour at high temperature as well as in the visibility of field cooled and zero field cooled magnetic signals.
