An Integrated Approach Towards a Corporate Design Reuse Strategy,into the future. Structures that were thought to be impossible using traditional lithography are being routinely fabricated in 0.25 m fabs already. The introduction of 300mm wafers is well on its way.

Reuse Concepts in Gropius,rmed by applying mathematical derivation steps, thus guaranteeing correctness of the synthesis process. Since Gropius was defined in a mathematical manner, its semantics is precise and unambiguous. In the paper special attention is focused on the reuse concepts that are realized in Gropius.
