A Fluorescent Protein-Based OR Gate for Photon-Coupled Protein Logico photoswitchable proteins. Besides its operational principle, readily available protein OR gates are introduced, and their integration into photon-coupled protein circuits is discussed, as well. We believe that the present work brings the realization of terahertz-speed molecular circuits yet another step closer.
