Chiara Hospital in Pisa,..introduced the Dynesys? lumbosacral spine dynamic neutralization..system to treat patients and spinal diseases with selected..indications...Dynesys is a non-fusion elastic system with transpedicular screws..and a flexible connector for dynamic stabilization. This is a new..method for treating the degenerative disease of the lumbosacral..spine which preserves motility at the treated levels. Rehabilitation in Dynamic Stabilization with the Dynesys System,The dynamic stabilization with Dynesys, which provides for the introduction of transpedicular screws in lateral position with full respect of the joints, together with the abolition of skeletisation and the total abolition of muscular detachment and consequent preserved mobility of the spine, ensures a faster recovery after surgery.
