Isolation of Bone Marrow and Adipose-Derived Mesenchymal Stromal Cells,ry. The chapter provides a common protocol for isolation of two important types of MSCs, collected from the adipose tissue and bone marrow. The protocol for isolation of stem cells and primary cell culture of bone marrow and adipose tissue from Sprague-Dawley rats will concurrently cover common cell culture techniques.
