描述.The welcome culture of 2015 in Germany has, not least due to the (re)definition of safe countries of origin, turned into a deportation policy. How can this change in policy be understood and is it also accompanied by a change of attitude among the population? ,The Discursive Negotiation of ‘Welcome Culture’ in Germany Using the Example of “Welcome to Germanywining of film and social reality. In the empirical part, four subject positions in the “welcome culture” are elaborated on the basis of the film analysis: “refugee”, “helper”, “sceptic” and “racist positioning”.

Escalation and Dialog: Contours of a Peaceful Coexistence,re. Above all, dialogue is a way of intervening in crises. Dialog has a moderating and reassuring effect, and establishes a culture of debate based on democratic norms. To explore this phenomenon of dialogue and debate, we examine a crisis in the East Saxon town of Bautzen that occurred in 2016 following an influx of refugees.

The Integration of Refugees in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs): Case Studies from Practict management considers as success factors of a successful integration. The results show that a successful integration is based on a combination of the individual commitment of the refugees, the acceptance and support of the management and workforce in the company as well as clear, reliable institutional framework conditions.
