Scanning Nanopipette Probe Microscope for Nanofabrication Using Atmospheric Pressure Plasma Jetrated with shear-force feedback control, which is capable of positioning the pipette edge in the vicinity of material surfaces for APPJ processing. By using the SPM system, sub-micrometer holes were successfully fabricated.

Study on the Magnetizing Frequency Dependence of Magnetic Characteristics and Power Losses in the Feluded in the paper. Obtained results are presented and discussed. The conclusion about magnetizing frequency dependence of magnetic properties of investigated materials is formulated in the last section of the paper.

EDMR on Recombination Process in Silicon MOSFETs at Room Temperaturegnal was observed for the spin dependent recombination process at room temperature. The gate voltage dependence of the signal intensity indicated that the signal originates from the silicon dangling bonds at the Si/SiO. interface.
