Target Recognition of RCS Sequence Based on Neural Networkassifier design, the 18-dimensional feature vector is composed of 18 features, and the neural network classifier is used for training and classification. The recognition accuracy of a sliding window processing can reach 96.77%, which achieves the ideal effect.

Image Fusion Based on Masked Online Convolutional Dictionary Learning with Surrogate Function Approaive methods. The experimental results show that the fusion image of the proposed algorithm achieves good results in subjective and objective quality evaluation. Compared with the JSR-based method, NMI, QTE, and QNCIE increased by 28.04, 19.41, and 0.14% averagely.

Signal Complexity Measure Based on Construction Creep Rate in 3s Feature Spaceion of 3D features is more realistic than 0-1 test for chaos, and the key threshold parameter of the similarity measure in solid value can discover higher complexity than Kaplan–Yorke dimension. This case study on signal complexity measure will push new applications for the healthy growing of chaos criteria tree.
