Hydrogen in high-,, superconductors,some chosen studies of the thermopower, resistivity, . losses and M?ssbauer effect in the hydrogenated SmBaCuO, YBaCuO and La(Sr)CuO systems. Also a brief survey of the current knowledge in this field is given.

The superconductor-insulator transition in the LaSrCuO system,stem. A summary is given of various experiments on the SI transition in other high-. . systems and in conventional superconducting thin films. Similarities and differences between the behavior of LaSrCuO and the behavior of conventional films are discussed.
