Brain Tumor Segmentation Using Capsule Neural NetworkMRI image data. In this paper, capsule neural network (CapsNet)-based model is used for the image segmentation to extract tumor regions. The proposed method was assessed using BraTS18 data consisting of two sets, HGG and LGG. The model is using dice coefficient, sensitivity and specificity metrics and also is compared with the U-Net model.
