Radiative Recombination in Cadmium Telluride Crystals,et the majority of the observed luminescence lines and bands. A study was made of the strength of the electron — phonon interaction in optical transitions as a function of the nature of the centers involved. The profiles of the luminescence bands resulting from the recombination at deep levels were explained.
