Use of Structure-Activity Relationships to Estimate Toxicity of Inorganic Cationsother by different substituents in the basic skeleton of the molecule were found. If the molecule of a substance is considered as it enters the organism leaving aside the metabolic changes of the substance before its interaction with the receptor, it is always the whole molecule that is the matter.
