Applications of Political Risk Assessment (3): West European Corporationsm than it is in either American or Canadian corporations. As a result, relatively little has been written about the role of political risk assessment in West European corporations. This chapter reviews the role and organization of political risk assessment units in such corporations, drawing on both published information and my own recent research.
