Mean Arterial Blood Pressure During Haemodialysis: Sensitivity Analysis and Validation of Mathematint. The local sensitivity of the main model outcome, i.e. the mean arterial blood pressure, to changes in model parameters is studied in order to identify the key model parameters and their impact on simulation results. Model validation using clinical data is also presented along with a discussion on model limitations and its shortcomings.
