Time Observables within a Timeless Universe,In this Chapter we incorporate Pegg’s formalism into Page and Wootters theory. In this way we are able to introduce in the theory generic bounded, discrete Hamiltonians as clock Hamiltonians. Time is described by POVMs and we demonstrate that POVM time states provide a consistent dynamical evolution for the rest of the Universe.

Conclusions,We have examined, revisited and generalized the Page and Wootters theory which was originally introduced in order to describe the emergence of time from quantum correlations. In this Chapter we give our conclusions.
