The calculations are done for Chemical Vapor Deposition, Vertical Gradient-Freeze and Czochralski processes at the practically used growth conditions.

Combined Finite Volume and Smoothed Particle Methodconfiguration. For the simulation of the flow inside the tube we will use a compressible Navier-Stokes solver and for the free jet the SPH method (Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics). For the design of the physical system the algorithm should be used to study the influence of different geometries to the transport of the metal ions.
