Diagnosis of Overactive Bladder,uide the differential diagnosis using adjunctive instrumental test. The flowchart includes history, clinical examination, urine culture and urine analysis, voiding diaries and symptom questionnaires scores. Urodynamic examination is not a first-line test, but it should be done in case of complicated OAB.
